Development and Implementation of Strategic Business Plans
Introduction
The workshop focuses on the roles and skills of consultants needed in facilitating the strategy formulation process and working with top management teams to understand:
- How to use Strategic Business Planning (SBP) approaches and methodologies to size up opportunities and threats, and to determine the strategic fit of organization with environment.
- How to put into practice SBP and SBP consulting process
- How to use/adopt selected strategic planning tools and techniques in client organizations.
- How to develop and implement strategic business plans.
At the end of the workshop, you will acquire the skills and knowledge to map out an effective strategic direction for the company and action programs that need to be implemented.
